The rooms are good-sized and functional with a kitchenette as well as great value for money. The setting is handy and comfy, next to shops for food and Wollongong and odonohues Irish pub.

our recent stay in penrith was amazing. value suites exceeded our expectations with their modern facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location near the train station. it was the perfect base for exploring the blue mountains and going shopping in penrith.

Fairly clean hotel, I really enjoyed friendly efficient and incredibly helpful staff. I had functional suite with comfortable furnishings as well as a large wheelchair access bathroom. The food served was great.

There were a balcony, a lounge area, and a kettle in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location was ideal and excellent, close to a train station.

I had a wonderful stay at Value Suites. As a triathlete, the location was perfect, with shops and the beautiful river walk and cycling routes nearby. The staff were fantastic, especially when I had a small issue with my room smelling of smoke. They immediately relocated me to a fresh room that was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette in the room was a great addition, with a microwave and fridge available. Plenty of parking space and a secure feeling made my stay even better. The communication with the owners was excellent, and they were always willing to help with any requests.

The place was well priced. The hotel was fairly clean and our room was well-appointed and reasonably priced. Venue's location was quiet and handy, so close to train station so handy if you do n't have a car. And it was also short walk to a pub with top menu and local restaurants.

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel during our visit to Panthers World of Entertainment. The hotel was conveniently located just 1.6 mi away from Panthers, making it the perfect base for our leisurely stroll to the entertainment venue. The modern and comfortable room provided us with a peaceful night's sleep, which was a rare treat for my wife, who is 8 months pregnant. The friendly staff, secure parking, and impeccable cleanliness added to the overall positive experience. We especially loved the spacious room with all the necessary amenities, allowing us to feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking to enjoy a fun-filled stay in Penrith.

My wife says that having a two-seater sofa in the room would have been a nice addition.
